He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fowler and Penelope Hart Fowler of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his close friend James Armitage; and his siblings, Peter (Debbie) of Hollywood, Florida, Jonathan (Lynn) and Margaret Radermacher (Randy) of Newcastle, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews, a number of honorary nieces and nephews, as well as grand nieces and nephews.
