He is survived by : his sons, Joseph J. Fisher IV (Paulette Fox) of Clifton Twp and Andrew J. Fisher of Clifton Twp; his sister Mary Ann Matthews of Alexander Bay, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Garrett J. Fisher and Cassandra Walsh; and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Thomas and David Walsh.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duffy and Snowdon Funeral Home (401 Church St, Moscow, PA 18444). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
