We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Penny Ann Stotz (Moscow, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by : her daughter Shelly Smith (Edward); her sisters, Cheryl and Debra Silva; and her grandchildren, Gradon and Henley. She is also survived by her nephew and many cousins.
