She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Starner and Evelyn Starner (Kuhn); her son Michael Shirley; and her brothers, Russell and Robert Starner.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Starner Wert (Scott), Dean Shirley and Darian Shirley (Robyn); her grandchildren, Michael, Elizabeth, Sarah, Dale and Rozalynn; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Emily and Adelaide; and her sister Betty Lou Kluck. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or COPD Foundation.
