We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2025, Maria Strangis (South Hills, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Giuseppe Strangis; her children, Fortunato Strangis (Elena), Ornella Castman (Rich) and Antonella Valforte (Frank); her grandchildren, Lauren (Adam), Joe, Lorenzo (Gia), Massimo (Natasha), Marcello (Haley), Alexa, Giovanni, Abigail, Lucia, Alessia, Giovanna and Ciro; her brother Pasquale (Marisa); and her son-in-law Vittorio Lista.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 222 Washington Rd, South Hills, PA 15216. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Saint Bernard Church (St. Michael the Archangel Parish) (311 Washington Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15216). An entombment was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
