He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Regan; his parents, Martin Regan and Mary Regan (Duffy); and his siblings, Patricia Rooney, Mary Regan, Tom Regan, John Regan, Joan Regan and Geraldine Glenn.
He is survived by: his sisters, Evelyn O'Brien, Rita Heberle (Don) and Irene Hill (Jay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the William Slater II Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Raphael the Archangel Parish (310 Mansfield Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15220).
