It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Anne O'Neill of Mount Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her sister Lillian Branscum of Tulsa, OK.; and her parents, James F. Fagan and Lillian English Fagan. She is survived by : her sons, John B. "Jack" O'Neill III (Krista Finne) and James F. O'Neill (Candy); her grandchildren, Jackson V. O'Neill, Luke O'Neill, Ethan and Finn Kos; and her siblings, Daniel E. Fagan (Martha) of Allison Park, PA, Michael T. Fagan of Broken Arrow, OK, Elizabeth Fagan of Harrisburg, PA, Kate Nelson (Michael) of Beverly, MA, Rita Marie Fagan of Broken Arrow, OK and Matthew P. Fagan of Austin, TX.

The family suggests contributions in her name to the National Guard Youth Foundation http://www.ngyf.org.
