With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George C. Rhodes Jr. of Mount Pleasant Mills, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George C. Rhodes, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Rhodes (Whelan) of Mt. Pleasant Mills; his spouse Western "Westy" Stout; his children, Andrew J. Rhodes (Heather) of Dry Run, PA, Nathan C. Rhodes (Kelly) of Waynesboro, PA, Sherri A. Daniels (Doug) of Beech Creek and Laura K. Hoffman (Benjamin) of Blanchard; his grandchildren, Elena, Evan, Averi, Aaron, Cole, Liam, Harrison, Jazmine, Diamond and Raven; and his siblings, Richard, Timothy, Daniel, Paul, Matthew and Kathleen Rhodes. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, monetary gifts can be made to Samaritan's Purse, the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association or Gideon's International.
