He was predeceased by: his parent John Hoza. He is survived by: his parent Mary Hoza (Cuzj); his spouse Patricia M. Hoza (Loeffler); his children, Linda Ann Fada (John) of Mt, Robert Timothy Hoza of Stewart and Jeffrey Scott Hoza of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Rob Fada (Debbie Kesler), Dawn Fada, Meghan Hoza (Hank Hodde), Ty Hoza (Heather Hall), Natalie Hoza (Reid Vernon) and Sam Hoza; and his great grandchildren, Lexxi Fada (Dylan), Knox Hoza and Izzy Hoza. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
