It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anita M. Forsythe of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Andrew W. Harenchar; her sister Beth Michalsky; and her brother-in-law Tim Forsythe. She is survived by: her mother Margaritte Ricotta Harenchar; her husband James Forsythe; her sons, Taylor James (Brian) and Michael William (Alyssa); her brother Paul Harenchar Sr. (Kristen); and her siblings-in-law, David Michalsky, Bill Forsythe (Barb), Tom Forsythe and Wendy Leonard (Dave). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc. (204 Eagle St, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Pius X. R. C. Church. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 PM at the St. Pius X. Parish Cemetery.
