He was predeceased by: his parent Theophilus Glenn "Bud" Mardis; and his brother Kenneth Mardis. He is survived by: his parent Esther Dorothy Lietke Mardis; his wife Wanda V. Angel Mardis; his daughters, Tammy Mardis Mauk (Tom) of Bullskin Twp and Kelly Mardis Lesniak of Scottdale; his grandchildren, Justin Greenawalt, Brayden Mauk, Katelynn Lesniak and Jacob Lesiniak; his sister Gail Ullery of Mt; and also Pleasant.
