She was predeceased by: her parent John Plahs; and her sister Judy Plash Hash. She is survived by: her parent Betty Sherman Plahs; her children, Terry Plahs (Angela) of Mt. Pleasant and James Whitfield; her grandchildren, Brittany Jacobs (Eddie), Brandon Wyman, Christen Wyman, Devin Greenawalt, Shyann Plahs and Charlotte Marie Whitfield; her great grandchildren, Gage Jacobs, Carman Rane Plahs, Ayden Brant, Owen Brant and Lidia Wyman-Pruitt; and her siblings, Sandra Goodwin (James) of Uniontown, John Plahs (Sherry) of Acme, Joe Plahs (Debbie) of Virginia, Connie Kropp (John) of Connellsville, Kimberly Hodgkiss (Dannie) of Scottdale, Cora Plahs of Mt. Pleasant and Chuck Plahs (Cindy) of Stahlstown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many other non related family, who loved her as a mother and grandmother, she was everyone's Nan.
