He is survived by: his parent Agnes Skero Wawrzyniak; his wife Joan Wawrzyniak (Roman); his children, Richard Wawrzyniak, Kathy, Sandra DiPasquale, John Wawrzyniak, David Wawrzyniak and Diane; his grandchildren, Staci DiPasquale, Beth Terhorst, Dustin, Andrea O'Neal, William, Brian Wood, Amber, Shane Wawrzyniak, Bradley Wood, Amanda Wawrzyniak and David; his great grandchild Brooks Terhorst; and his sister-in-law Helen Wawrzyniak.
