He was predeceased by: his parent John Nitkiewicz. He is survived by: his parent Frances Konowalski Nitkiewicz; his spouse Dorothy Nitkiewicz (Frederick); his children, Bridget Sue Nitkiewicz (Christopher Curtis) of Dayton, OH, Paulette Nitkiewicz of Mt, Pleasant Nitkiewicz and Philip Nitkiewicz (Amy) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Christopher Nitkiewicz (Sarah), Ashley Nitkiewicz, Evan Curtis, Juline Curtis and Matthew Nitkiewicz; his great grandchild Cecilia Vincent; and his siblings, John Nitkiewicz, Julius Nitkiewicz and Betty Mencer. He is also survived by his brother and five sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to Amedisys Hospice, 109 Crossroads, Suite 400, Scottdale, PA 15683, in memory of Leo E. Nitkiewicz.
