She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Garcar; and her husband Edward Charles Urban. She is survived by: her parent Mary Vagasky Garcar; her sons, David E. Urban (Mary Ann) of Latrobe, Philip J. Urban (Carol) of Stahlstown and Brian J. Urban (Michaelene) of Newark, DE; and her grandchildren, Natalie Orio, Sara Beth, Alexander Urban, Victoria Urban, Ralph Puffenbarger, Jessica Puffenbarger and Joseph Puffenbarger.
