He was predeceased by: his parent John J.; and his brother Bernard Mondock. He is survived by: his parent Anna R. Mayernik Mondock; his wife Thelma Ruth Brooks Mondock; his children, Pamela R. Mondock and Richard P. Mondock, Jr.; his grandson Nathan A. Keenan of Chicago; his stepgrandchildren, Josh Overly (Heather), Kristin Overly and Jessica Lewis (Adam); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sydni Overly and Presley Overly; his daughter Alayna Lewis; his stepgreat-grandson Samual Lewis; his siblings, John Mondock, Jr., Mary Shaw of Mount Pleasant, Ronald Mondock (Carol) of Greensburg and Evelyn DePalma of Mount Pleasant; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret "Peggy" Mondock of Mount Pleasant and Bernice Barcheck of Springfield.
