She was predeceased by: her parent John Knizner; her husband Eugene A. Patrick; and her siblings, John Knizner, Joseph Knizner, George Knizner, Andrew Knizner, Clarence "Sonny" Knizner, Margaret Misenko and Julie Knizner.
She is survived by: her parent Anna Ziatis Knizner; her son Louis Patrick (Michelle) of Smithton; her sibling's children, David Misenko (Shelly) of Mount Pleasant, Joseph Knizner (Marcy) of Irwin and Alan Knizner; and her wife Connie of Ligonier.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in memory of Viola A. Patrick.
