He is survived by: his parent Martha Lobingier Dolan; his wife Virginia Leonard Dolan; his children, William C. Dolan of White, Elizabeth Marker of Mt. Pleasant and Michelle Johnson (Greg) of Scottdale; and his sisters, Mary Sue Hoke and Rosalind Ashmun. He is also survived by his ten Grandchildren and eighteen Great Grandchildren.
