He was predeceased by : his parents, Sal and Sadie (Lardizzone); and his brother Nicholas J. D'Angelo. He is survived by : his nieces, Nicole Mazzie (Jonathan) of Cresco and Tiffany D'Angelo (Brian Korodan) of Pocono Pines; his great-niece Giavanna Mazzie; and his great-nephews, Nico and Angelo Mazzie.
