He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond W. Lowe and Laura Aldine Lowe (Ryder); his wife Gail M. Miller; and his brother Jesse Lowe. He is survived by : his sons, Michael E. Lowe of Muncy and Mathew E. Lowe (Dusti) of Muncy; his brother Gary R. Lowe of Mechanicsburg; and his grandchildren, Amanda Lowe, Hannah Lowe and Jackson Lowe.
