He was predeceased by: his parents, Cline W. Hoffman Sr. and Mildred Hoffman (Phillips); and his siblings, Cline Jr., Henry Hoffman, Rachel Laurenson and Adah Feigels.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alvin L. Hoffman (Jane) of Muncy, Clifford B. Hoffman (Nancy) of Muncy and Rose Previc of Pittsburgh.
