It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet C. Watts (Muncy, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Nelson H. and Mary L. Lowe, Sr. (Whipple); her spouse Glen I. Watts; her children, Mark A. (Ranae Watts) of Duboistown, Linda L. (Tom Clark) of Linden and Rodney L. Watts; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Riddell and Kyle Johnson; her great great grandchild Blake Moore; and her siblings, Sylvia L. Lyons, Edna B. Dubois, Lois Waldman, Robert W. Lowe and Mac D. Lowe. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 29 great-great-grandchildren.
