She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ravert and Helen Ravert (Klinefelter). She is survived by: her husband Oswald "Ozzie" Patz; her pet Lulu; her daughter Angela Hoffman of Muncy; her brother David Ravert of Montgomery; and her sister-in-law Sandy Ravert of Muncy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to Fairview Church of the Nazarene, 4477 Muncy Exchange Rd., Turbotville, PA 17772.
