She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harold and Thelma Nunn (Schanbacher); and her sisters, Evelyn Minier, Shirley Wright and Dorothy Day.

She is survived by: her sisters, Loretta Bieber (Ira) of Hughesville and Jane McCowan of Picture Rocks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Mary Ellen's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
