He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Chute and Irene T. Chute (Popp); and his brothers, Raymond and Robbie Chute. He is survived by: his wife Peggy E. Chute (Stewart); and his siblings, Patricia Curtis, Barbara Dawes (Ronald) of Trout Run, Elaine Campbell (Robert) of Scranton, Donald "Buddy" Chute (Nancy) and Kenneth Chute (Sheryl Wilson).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Owen's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
