He is survived by: his wife Pamela J. Kravitz; his children, Debra Gardner of Muncy, Todd Arthur (Sandra) of Muncy and Tanner Arthur (Stacy) of Dushore; his siblings, Elaine George of Lairdsville and Chester Arthur (Salinda) of Virginia; his grandchildren, Justin Gardner (Amber), Danielle Kitzmiller (Eddy), Madison Gardner, Cameron Arthur (Katie), Brenden Gardner and Laurel Arthur; his niece Dina George; his son-in-law David Gardner; and his sister-in-law Lisa Kravitz Miller (Scott).
