We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2018, at the age of 62, Alan Ellis Olivenstein M. D. F. A. C. C. (Murrysville, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Martin Olivenstein. He is survived by: his parent Roslyn Silbert Olivenstein of New York; his wife Jilma "Maia" Miranda Olivenstein of Murrysville; his sons, Jared Olivenstein (Sarah) and Aaron Olivenstein (Rachel); his grandchildren, Penelope and Asher; and his sister Dale Zelmanowicz (Abe).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Alan's name.
