He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Quay and Grace Bolton Latshaw; and his siblings, Myrna Latshaw Swantek and Charles A. Latshaw. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Bonnie Clawson Miller of Murrysville; and his close friend Allan David Eastbourn of Latrobe.
