Syrko (Murrysville, Pennsylvania), born in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. James T. Carlino and Marjorie Sheridan Carlino; her husband Peter M. Syrko; her son Peter J. Syrko (P. J.); and her brother James V. Carlino.
She is survived by: her sister Gretta Afton (Dennis); her sibling's children, Jeff Carlino (Monica), Cherie Shuberg (Dave) and Kim Lewis (Bob); her great-nephew Devin Shuberg; and her great-niece Halle Lewis.
