It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Hood Jr. of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, born in Braddock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hood and Mary Thom Hood; his wife Marilyn L. Hood; and his sisters, Mary Palonis and Margaret "Peggy" Ackerman.
He is survived by: his children, Marijean Brown Hood (Jack) and David M. Hood III; his grandson Brandon Falis (April); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Falis and Victoria Crystaloski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
