She was predeceased by: her father John R. Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Dionne Phillips (Dandy); her children, Joshua, Joel, Arielle and Nadia Sloss; her brother David; her sister-in-law Annette Phillips; her nephew Grant; her aunt Linda Phillips; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Fader (late John); and her pets, Batman and Radar.
