She was predeceased by: her husband David G. Suriano; her daughter Donna Kleinhenz; and her brother-in-law Anthony "Sonny". She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Rearick (Ronald); her sister Kathy Herrington (Kenny Fisher); her nieces and nephews, Kalin (Erin) and Kody Fisher; and her siblings-in-law, Debra, Richard and Mary Elizabeth. She is also survived by her family and her many friends.
If desired and in lieu of flowers, Donna's wishes were for memorials to Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
