He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Trish Muzika; his children, Rachel Muzika, Jennifer Kontor (Chase) and Alex Muzika; his granddaughters, Maria and Amelia; his mother Anna Rose Muzika (Nepa); his siblings, Ted Muzika (Karen), George Muzika (Cathie), Ed Muzika (Kim), Rose-Marie Muzika, John Muzika, Bill Muzika (Shannon), Regina Carmine (Jim) and Cristina Muzika; his father Frank L. Muzika Sr.; his sister Mary Ann Muzika Hueffed; and his mother-in-law Gail. He was also cherished by uncle admired by many wonderful nieces and nephews.
In lieu of donations, Frank's family asks that trees, plants, and flowers be planted in his honor.
