In loving memory of Genevieve Soltysiak of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, who departed this world on April 30, 2025 at the age of 87. Genevieve leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Genevieve shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Genevieve farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Socha and Gertrude Socha; and her husband Donald J. Soltysiak. She is survived by: her children, Karen DeSimone (Anthony) of Level Green, Mark Soltysiak (Ebina) of Pittsburgh, David Soltysiak (Heather) of North Huntingdon and Susan Bucka (Scott) of Maryland; and her brother Stan Socha. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in Jean's name.
