He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Allen and Ruth Allen (Gray); and his wife Phyllis J. Allen (Eybinck). He is survived by: his sons, Harvey G. Allen Jr. (Jane) and David T. Allen (Mary Ellen) of Longwood Florida. He is also survived by six grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
