He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Clements and Maxine Clements (Baldwin); his daughter Karen Rachel Clements; and his grandson Michael Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Jayne Clements (Eckersley); his children, Jennifer Snyder (Shawn) and Craig Clements (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Charity Parham and Jaime Ramsey; his sisters, Pamela Keenan (Barry) and Barbara Woodside (Eric); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara LeMaster (Richard), Diane Naylor (William) and Thomas Eckersley (Elizabeth). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
