He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Schelling and Margaret James Schelling; and his wife Marilyn J. Schelling. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Serago (Paul) of Delmont and Janet Scarton of Murrysville; his grandchildren, Joseph Serago, Katelyn Serago and Samuel Serago; and his stepsister Carol Spaid. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
