She is survived by: her parent Hazel Roberta Gauger Phillips; her children, Susan Simpson (Joseph) and David Allshouse; her grandchildren, Timothy Simpson, Bethany Weaver (Bruce), Daniel Simpson (Kaycee) and David Allshouse III; and her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Kristen, Eliana and Abigail Simpson.
