He was predeceased by: his father George P. Blattner. He is survived by: his mother Ruth E. Anderson Blattner of Murrysville; his wife Andrea J. Blattner; his stepchildren, Ariana Steeley (Henry), Timothy Goulding (Meredith) and Ashley Tatters-DeWalt (Tyler); and his sister Judith Bowers (Dave). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to "Core" Center for Organ Recovery and Education 204 Sigma Drive, RIDC Park, Pittsburgh PA 15238 in Jeffrey's name.
