He was predeceased by: his parents, William Budd and Marie Budd (Loya); and his brother Leonard Budd (Jean). He is survived by: his brothers, James Budd (Clare) and Daniel Budd (Diana); his nephews, Michael, Stephen, Jonathan (Kaitlynn) and David Budd (Jesse); and his niece Jennifer O'Neill (David).

Per CDC guidelines, masks and social distancing will be enforced.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Pius X Byzantine Catholic Church 2336 Brownsville Rd, Pittsburgh, Pa 15210 in Joseph's name.
