He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Holt and Martha Hill Holt. He is survived by: his wife Carol Pugh Holt; his son Lance Holt (Johnny); his grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley and Johnathan; his siblings, Patricia Montebault, Sandra Sinan and Robert Holt (Sharon); and his siblings-in-law, David Pugh (Nancy) and Esther Baran (Daniel). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
