She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Aldine Lowrie and Charles Lowrie; her husband Robert Briggs; her sister Susan Mitchell; her children, Nancy Hart (Randy) of Delaware, Barbara Lell (Tom) of Arvada, CO and Jim Briggs of Murrysville; her sisters, Janice Stewart of Meadville, PA and Patricia Carnes of Canonsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Jessica Lieb (Ryan), Andrew Pietrzak and Annie Lell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Salvation Army or the American Heart Association.
