She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Jacobs; her grandchildren, Erik Wynn (Christobel), Rachel Wynn-Fink (Jimmy), Shannon Anchors and Sean Anchors (Alaina); her great grandchildren, Zane Fink of Lincoln Moore and Levi Fink of Lincoln Moore; her brother Eugene Hofer; her friend Ann McIntyre; her daughter Meg Tellin Gebrosky (Dan); her sister-in-law Shirley Richardson; and also, Dawn Marie Anchors, Kristen Anchors-Miller (Rick), Riley, Alexis and Brynn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital in Maureen's name.
