Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael Skapura of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, born in Homer City, Pennsylvania, who passed away, on June 24, 2021. He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Markle; his parents, Joseph Skapura and Katherine Skapura; and his siblings, Mary, John, Joe, Katherine, Steve and Anne.
He is survived by: his sons, David, Christopher and Lance; his daughters-in-law, Darlene and Wendy; and his grandchildren, Danielle and Devin. He is also survived by her husband and three children, form the entirety of his extended family.
Because of his passion for life, and at his request, his body was to be donated to The Humanity Gifts Registry of Pennsylvania, to further the education of future health care professionals and medical research, but due to the COVID infection, it was instead donated to the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
