He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul S. Wozniak and Josephine Wozniak (Fatla); and his brothers-in-law, William I. Shaw and Dean E. Holmes. He is survived by: his wife Sarah "Sally" Wozniak (Shaw); his children, Wendy Moyer (Brian), Tara Tramontina (John) and Paul Wozniak; his grandchildren, Andrew, Brendan, Alexa Moyer, Ella, John, Mira, Ava Tramontina and Huck Wozniak; his sister Mary Lou Jurich; and his sister-in-law Mary Jane Holmes.
