He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Yurick and Ann Depto Yurick; his wife Dr. Anna Marie Yurick; his siblings, Joe Yurick and Ann Rusnak; and his brother-in-law John Rusnak.
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Greenberg (Myles), Rich Yurick (Jodi) and Andy Yurick (Chindana); his grandchildren, Anna, Rebecca, Michele, Sadie, Calvin, Clay, Tara, Abby, Ella and Katelyn; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Mizikar (Eugene), Mary Lou Yurick, A. J. Gera, Joe Gera and Jerry Gera. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
