She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert W. Gilkey and Martha Atkins (Level); her husband Charles J. Kelly; her stepfather Elmer Atkins; and her brothers, Ronald G. Gilkey, Douglas Gilkey and Kenneth Gochenour.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Paul Gilkey of Irwin, Beverley Conners (Larry), Judith Cress (Joel) of Virginia and Deborah Proviano of Irwin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
