She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Sebastian and Mary Sebastian (Passaro); and her siblings, Joseph, Fred Sebastian, Odessa Trocheck Petro, Mary Lou Andrews and Joyce Dudik.
She is survived by: her son Craig Gouker (Theresa); and her granddaughter Raegan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
