She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphus Erskine and Sarah Erskine (Scott); and her brother Andrew Scott Erskine. She is survived by: her husband Paul A. Thompson; and her son Alastair Thompson. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, twelve grand-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Newlonsburg Presbyterian Church (4600 Old William Penn Hwy, Murrysville, PA 15668).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Sarah Jean's name.
