She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kibler and Margaret Culver Kibler; her husband James H. McWhirter; and her brothers, Bill Kibler and John Kibler.
She is survived by: her children, Kate Miller, Meg McWhirter (Al), John McWhirter (Menchu), Tom McWhirter (Barb) and Robert McWhirter; her grandchildren, Krysta, Maggie, Molly, Shane, Paul and Culver; her great grandchildren, Ashton James and Thomas; and her siblings, Karen Winston and Chuck Kibler.
